Tull N. Gearreald, Jr.

Serving as Chairman of Procuri, Mr. Gearreald is the Chairman, President & CEO of Just Care, Inc., a private medical prison firm. Previously, he was President & CEO of KinderCare Learning Centers, Inc. He also co-founded Loadstar Group, an investment banking firm. For seven years, he was a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. A National Merit Scholar, Mr. Gearreald received an AB degree from Yale University and an MBA degree, with distinction, from Harvard University.

Mark F. Morel
President and CEO
Procuri Inc.
Mark Morel co-founded Procuri in 1999 and has led the company to become the leader in the On Demand, Supply Management marketplace. Along with his executive team, Mr. Morel sets the vision and strategy for the company and oversees all day-to-day operations.
Mr. Morel brings a wealth of practical experience in management and finance to Procuri. Prior to co-founding Procuri, he was co-founder and chief administrative officer of Just Care, Inc., a private medical prison firm. Previously, Mr. Morel founded and served on the Board of Directors and as president and COO of Multi-Media Data Systems, a healthcare software development firm. Before founding MDS, he served as president of Meridian VAT Reclaim Inc., the U.S. marketing arm of a multi-national financial services company. Mr. Morel began his career on Wall Street in the investment banking group of Shearson American Express (now Lehman Brothers), where he held various positions, rising to the title of vice president prior to leaving and starting his first company.
Mr. Morel serves on the advisory board for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, as a member of the board of trustees of The Center for the Visually Impaired ( www.cviatlanta.org), and as a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta ( www.bbbsatl.org). He also serves as chairman of the board of XOsphere LLC, a company that develops, manages and hosts rich media applications designed for mobile devices. Mr. Morel has been a guest speaker at the Georgia Tech College of Management Impact Speaker Series, a regular guest lecturer in several of the school’s MBA classes discussing entrepreneurship, values in business and management philosophies, and he has also participated annually as a judge during the annual College of Management’s Business Plan competition. Mr. Morel attended Tulane University and received a bachelor’s degree in economics

Deven Parekh

Mr. Parekh is Managing Director of Insight Venture Partners. Prior to joining Insight, he was a Principal with Berenson Minella & Company, a New York-based merchant banking firm where he served on the M&A committee and spearheaded a number of the firm’s investment banking and private equity efforts. Prior to Berenson Minella, Mr. Parekh was with The Blackstone Group where he was involved in both its M&A advisory and private equity activities. At Insight, Mr. Parekh is focused on the CRM and Financial Services markets. Currently, he serves on the Boards of AMS Group, ConnectCapital, Inc., Direct Revenue, Inc., Eyeblaster, Inc., Kanoodle.com, Inc., Procuri Inc., Punch Software, Inc., Realink, Inc., SecureInfo Corporation, Webhelp, Inc., and Website Pros, Inc. Mr. Parekh received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mike Pehl

Mike Pehl, a seasoned software entrepreneur, assists Advent in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in the enterprise software and services sector. He is also involved on the boards and in the daily operations of Advent portfolio companies, having worked closely with Aspen Technology, RedPrairie, Demantra, MTI Technology, Open Service, PowerSteering and Ultimus to help leverage their potential.
Mike has more than 20 years of experience forming, managing and successfully exiting information technology companies. Prior to working with Advent, he was president and COO of Razorfish Inc., which he joined in 1999 following the merger of Razorfish and iCube. Mike was chairman and CEO of i-Cube from 1996 to 1999 and successfully took the company public in 1998. Prior to i-Cube, he founded and spearheaded International Consulting Solutions (ICS), an SAP implementation and business process consultancy, which he sold to Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group. Mike was also one of a team of four that established SAP America.
In 1994, Mike received the Entrepreneur of the Year award, sponsored by Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch and Inc. Magazine, in recognition for his business achievements.

John W. Baumstark

John W. Baumstark has an extensive industry, technology and executive background and proven experience in growing technology companies. Currently, Mr. Baumstark is responsible for overseeing global operations of IBM’s WebSphere Customer Center unit, part of IBM’s newly formed Enterprise Master Data Solutions group within IBM Software Group. Formerly president and CEO, DWL (acquired by IBM in 2005) and a former senior vice president at Ariba, Mr. Baumstark brings an impressive set of management credentials and more than 25 years technology experience.
Prior to Ariba, Mr. Baumstark served as the Chief Operating Officer of TRADEX Technologies. Under Mr. Baumstark's leadership, TRADEX grew rapidly, was cashflow positive and became the market leader in digital marketplace platforms. In March of 2000, TRADEX was acquired by Ariba for $5.6 billion in Ariba stock, making it one of the largest software acquisitions in history. Before TRADEX, Mr. Baumstark directed worldwide field operations for Infinium Software. There he oversaw over $100 million in revenue, lead a successful initial public offering and acquired two companies. Before joining Infinium, Mr. Baumstark held sales and sales management positions with Management Science America (MSA), a mainframe application software provider.

L. David Mounts

Chief Financial Officer for Domino’s Pizza
L. David Mounts was named Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Domino’s Pizza in October 2005. He is responsible for all finance and accounting functions, as well as having an integral role in the strategic management of the Company.
Prior to Domino’s, Mr. Mounts served in numerous roles with UPS Inc. during a 22 year tenure, most recently as corporate controller of U.S. Operations, where he was responsible for finance and accounting activities for the $26 billion division. From 2002 to 2005 Mr. Mounts was chief financial officer for UPS Supply Chain Solutions Group, a $7 billion supply chain organization providing services in 120 countries. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Mounts was vice president of Mergers and Acquisitions for UPS.
Mr. Mounts holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business – The University of Pennsylvania; and a BSBA Dual Major in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
