Mark F. Morel
President & CEO
 Mark Morel co-founded Procuri in 1999 and has led the company to become the leader in the On Demand, Supply Management marketplace. Along with his executive team, Mr. Morel sets the vision and strategy for the company and oversees all day-to-day operations.
Mr. Morel brings a wealth of practical experience in management and finance to Procuri. Prior to co-founding Procuri, he was co-founder and chief administrative officer of Just Care, Inc., a private medical prison firm. Previously, Mr. Morel founded and served on the Board of Directors and as president and COO of Multi-Media Data Systems, a healthcare software development firm. Before founding MDS, he served as president of Meridian VAT Reclaim Inc., the U.S. marketing arm of a multi-national financial services company. Mr. Morel began his career on Wall Street in the investment banking group of Shearson American Express (now Lehman Brothers), where he held various positions, rising to the title of vice president prior to leaving and starting his first company.
Mr. Morel serves on the advisory board for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, as a member of the board of trustees of The Center for the Visually Impaired ( www.cviatlanta.org), and as a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta ( www.bbbsatl.org). He also serves as chairman of the board of XOsphere LLC, a company that develops, manages and hosts rich media applications designed for mobile devices. Mr. Morel has been a guest speaker at the Georgia Tech College of Management Impact Speaker Series, a regular guest lecturer in several of the school’s MBA classes discussing entrepreneurship, values in business and management philosophies, and he has also participated annually as a judge during the annual College of Management’s Business Plan competition. Mr. Morel attended Tulane University and received a bachelor’s degree in economics

Michael O'Donnell
Chief Financial Officer
 As chief financial officer for Procuri, Michael O’Donnell is responsible for overseeing and maintaining Procuri’s worldwide finance and accounting functions. This includes financial planning, accounting, treasury, taxation, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. O’Donnell joined Procuri with almost 20 years of financial and business management experience. He has provided financial and business development advisory services to a number of emerging technology firms in the Southeast. Prior to joining Procuri, Mr. O’Donnell was a Managing Director with SunTrust Capital Markets in charge of its Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Prior to that, he worked for Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance.
Mr. O’Donnell holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Steve R. Brooke
Chief Technology Officer
 As Procuri’s chief technology officer, Steve Brooke is responsible for leading the product and technology strategic thought process for Procuri. He manages Procuri’s strategic product visioning process and product management activities for the company’s entire product initiatives. Mr. Brooke also participates in all corporate strategy planning activities. A hands-on leader and one of Procuri’s founders, Mr. Brooke’s vision and application development strengths have enabled Procuri to establish itself as one of the premier On Demand supply management solution providers in the market.
Mr. Brooke has more than 26 years of experience in software design, development, rollout engineering and project management. Prior to joining Procuri, he held several strategic information systems positions, most recently as Vice President of Engineering and Technology for Multi-Media Data Systems. He has a bachelor’s of science degree in computer science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

John Madrid
Executive Vice President, Strategy, Knowledge & Services
 John Madrid is the executive vice president of Strategy, Knowledge & Services, where he establishes and increases the vision, principles and practices of Procuri's services model. He grows and expands the capability for Procuri and its customers to effectively and efficiently adopt a supplier management program, train users and empower organizations. Mr. Madrid continuously refines and clarifies Procuri's value proposition both internally to Procuri and externally to all market segments globally.
Before joining Procuri in 2001, Mr. Madrid spent 25 years with Procter and Gamble. As Global Web Auction Manager, he was instrumental in developing tactics, executing successful reverse auctions and training auction managers around the world. Mr. Madrid also developed an auction manager network to promote the development and exchange of best practice auction approaches and tactics.
Mr. Madrid holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southeast Missouri State University and a master's degree in counseling from University of Missouri at Columbia.

Tobias Hannon
Managing Director, EMEA
 As managing director of Procuri’s operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Toby Hannon is responsible for all EMEA operations including sales, service delivery, and personnel development. Mr. Hannon also oversees the integration, service and support of new business clientele throughout the European region. Mr. Hannon develops Procuri’s European strategy, and he manages European client development activities, including delivering professional services, sourcing stratagems and functional expertise to existing clients.
Mr. Hannon joined Procuri in January 2001 from General Electric Capital Corporation, where he negotiated and implemented global supplier contracts. He pioneered the use of e-procurement auction technology at GE Capital and assisted in developing and deploying GE’s company-wide e-sourcing strategy. In previous positions at GE Capital, Mr. Hannon managed the integration of an acquisition in Germany and then managed over 100 employees as Chief Operating Officer of GE’s Consumer Banking operations in Germany. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance at the University of Connecticut in 1993.

Mark Wright
Senior Vice President, Product Development
 As senior vice president of product development, Mark Wright is responsible for leading all product development and technical operations for Procuri. He manages the development and operational organizations that produce, operate and maintain Procuri’s solutions. Along with the executive team, Mr. Wright also helps shape Procuri’s corporate strategy and business direction.
A seasoned technology executive, Mr. Wright brings a wealth of insight and experience to the current and future technology offerings of Procuri.
Mr. Wright has more than 27 years of experience in software development, enterprise infrastructure deployment, and large scale project management. Prior to joining Procuri, he held several executive level IT positions in the aerospace, manufacturing, energy, and logistics industries. Most recently he served as vice president and CIO for RETX Energy Services, Inc.
Mr. Wright holds a bachelor’s of science degree in computer science from the University of West Florida.

Jeff Wilson
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales
 As senior vice president of worldwide Sales for Procuri, Jeff Wilson oversees all global sales activities. He is charged with managing and building Procuri’s worldwide sales organization, while growing Procuri’s enterprise customer base. Additionally, he is responsible for the advocacy and expansion of the company’s channel and strategic partner alliances.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Wilson served as vice president of Strategic Alliances and Business Development and was responsible for strategically aligning partnership programs whose solutions and services complement and further advance Procuri's supply management solutions.
With over 18 years of experience in the technology industry, Mr. Wilson is a software industry veteran. With 16 years in direct sales and sales management positions where, he holds strong experience in partnering, selling and delivering high-value enterprise solutions to global customers. Mr. Wilson joined Procuri in 2003 from Agile software where he held a number of leadership positions. During his seven years at Agile, Mr. Wilson helped to grow the company from less than $2 million to $100 million in annual revenue.
Mr. Wilson holds a bachelors degree in finance from Oregon State University.

Tim Minahan
Senior Vice President, Marketing
 As senior vice president of Marketing for Procuri, Tim Minahan works closely with the executive leadership team in shaping the strategic direction of the company’s growth and oversees all global marketing activities. Mr. Minahan is responsible for helping define solution requirements, raising the visibility of the company, articulating the value proposition of Procuri solutions, and executing on new company initiatives.
Prior to Procuri, Mr. Minahan served as chief services officer at AberdeenGroup where he helped build their Supply Chain Research practice into one of the most influential of the top industry analyst firms. As Aberdeen’s chief services officer, he defined the firm’s research focus on critical supply chain and technology issues. Tim was twice named to Supply and Demand Chain Executive’s 50 Pro’s to Know list and was named one of the most influential analysts by Supply Chain Technology News. Previously, Tim served as senior editor of supply chain management for Purchasing magazine, an editor for Electronics Purchasing, and a technology and policy reporter for Government Computer News. He also served on the editorial advisory board for Supply Strategy magazine.
Mr. Minahan holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College.

Marie Gunn
Senior Vice President, Customer Operations
 As senior vice president of Customer Operations, Marie Gunn is responsible for directing all customer related activities including professional services, best practice center operations, technical support and customer retention. As a member of the executive leadership team, Ms. Gunn guides corporate strategy as it relates to providing Procuri’s customers with exceptional service and support.
Ms. Gunn has 20 years of experience managing dynamic technology organizations within the software and consulting industries. Prior to joining Procuri, Ms. Gunn held several senior management positions including senior director of support and maintenance at Infor, vice president of customer services at Aperum and national director of systems integration at Cotelligent.
Ms. Gunn holds a bachelors degree in economics from Boston College and a masters degree in management from Purdue University.

Rodney J. True
Senior Vice President, Spend Intelligence
As senior vice president of Spend Intelligence, Rod True oversees Procuri TotalSpend sales and marketing activities. He is also the primary liaison for strategic partner alliances related to Spend Intelligence and Strategic Sourcing services.
With over 30 years of experience in business-solutions-oriented information technology, Mr. True brings an extensive background in planning, developing, deploying, and managing large successful systems projects for Fortune 500 companies and state governments. Prior to joining the Procuri executive leadership team, Mr. True founded TrueSource in 2001, serving as president and CEO until Procuri’s acquisition of the company in September 2006.
Previous experience includes co-founding IntegrationWare, a business intelligence software engineering company, and serving as practice coordinator with Ernst & Young by heading HRMS systems integration services. Mr. True has also worked as a senior manager for Abbott Laboratories in the corporate business systems organization.
Mr. True currently serves as a director for North Shore Trust & Savings in Waukegan, Illinois. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ripon College, and a MBA in management from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
